The service industry has competition and has a greater challenge to update with them and along with changing technology and environment. The service industry has high competition with the fellow and has difficulty to handle a client who often questions. The service industry has to face a challenge to manage and coordinate marketing, operation and human resource efforts. Managing and circulating human resource is most challenging task whose behavior change frequently and have to address accordingly. Assurance of quality of service has to maintained properly where service industry should be able to handle standardization and personalization according to nature of client and types of service provided by the organization.
