SUNRISE BANK LIMITED, a leading financial institution, was established as the 23rd commercial bank in Nepal on 12 October 2007. Its corporate office is located at the Gairidhara Crossing, in Kathmandu. Sunrise Bank is driven by its motto “Rising to Serve” and offers innovative products and services to all categories of clients. It also offers products that can contribute towards the economic development needs of the country.

Sunrise Bank’s continued growth and success is founded on a highly diversified and well-balanced business model. The Bank has had balanced growth throughout its first decade and is now poised to expand into new markets. The Bank’s ever growing geographical coverage has enabled it to serve a spectrum of customer segments, including retail, middle market, small and medium enterprises, and large corporations.

Annual Report publishing is mandatory yet challenging to meet the high standard of it’s financial and performance documentation that help bank to enhance its brand image.

O B J E C T I V E

Primary objective is to come up with futuristic theme and concept to carry the bank’s vision and creatively portray it in an annual report. Produce a professional, sophisticated and corporate document with a best quality printing and publishing.

G U I D E L I N E S

Bank has provided its corporate brand guidelines along with content support. However, the major responsibility has to be taken by agency to guide through the right process in producing reasonable content.

Communication Strategy:

Keeping bank’s brand guidelines, color scheme and corporate sentiments intact, we brought out the first conceptual theme “YOU & US” for annual report. A simple reason behind this concept it to bring together various stakeholders like bank and customers, investors and employees, regulators and shareholders, etc and partner for progress.

Creative Strategy:

We have kept the cover design very simple yet distinctive with bank’s corporate color. This idea helped Sunrise Bank’s annual reports to standout as other banks’ reports are mostly colorful or with heavy graphics. Along with it, inner page layout are very clean, professional and international look and feel with minimalistic approach on color, graphics. However, we tried to pullout maximum numbers and data to portray them in beautiful infographics.

Overall content of the report were divided in nine segments as; Strategic Report, Corporate Governance, Risk Review, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Product and Services, Financial Statements, Investor’s Relationship and Bank’s Performance. The content architecture and its professional presentation is one of its kind peculiarly developed of Sunrise Bank.

Photography:

We prepared concepts of how a corporate organization’s board and management team can be best presented with their professional integrity and true personality. Team of professional photographers were hired to take picture of bank’s personnel and its interior environment as well as to the clients’ profile.

Printing:

It’s not only about printing, but it requires a highly professional mindset, input preparation, pre-press, and post-press for a quality printing. We have done test-prints and re-edits on images to bring out the best of what is possible from photos, content, paper and printing. With our two decades of professional experience in world-class printing and publishing, we have taken care of each and every details and thus produced probably the best annual reports in Nepal for Sunrise Bank.
