Effective digital marketing is critical to the success of any organization. From the exchange of goods through the invention of money banking system established. The level of a transaction has changed to virtual world from the physical world. People used to direct towards online transaction where teller has replaced by ATM machines.

For future of the bank, marketing is a core capability. The bank defines and redefines customer experiences across all channels. The bank of the future will define the digital customer experience, leveraging multiplied customer interactions to increase redemption rates and customer engagement. The number of the consumers using mobile phones, tablets, and other digital devices to make a basic financial transaction. To keep up with rapid technology cycles and improve multi-platform marketing efforts, banks need to take a different approach to managing the consumer decision journey one that embraces the speed that digitization brings and focuses on different capabilities.

Along with technological advancement, many challenges arise on banking sectors. There is no alternative for digitization. The customer is becoming sensitive they want perfection along with attention. It’s time to remind the customer of more service than the core facilities of the banking sector. Different lies on how services used to show in front of customers,  but its type is similar. Numerous account opened on the bank but small variation may increase flow of customer i.e. interest rate, time, behavior, convenience etc.
